| Echoes begin to build as another train rumbles its way up the steep Tehachapi grade and into tunnel 5 above Bealville, CA. The headlights have just curved around the mid tunnel curve and pointed northwest for the tunnel’s exit here at the north end of Cliff siding. Once the train exits, a large cloud of smoke will blow high into the air from the hard charging locomotives powering its manifest up the hill. |
