Under the motto “Green and Chrome”, the Eurovapor association, together with the Mikado 1244 association and the RhB/Grün and Chrome foundation, organized a day trip from Brugg to Chur with a round trip through Graubünden. From Brugg via Zurich-Winterthur-Weinfelden-Rorschach-Sargans to Chur, the Ae 6/6 # 11407 “Aargau” of the Mikado 1244 association (on loan from SBB Historic) pulled the sold-out train with 4 carriages. The train reached Buchs SG for a photo stop on track 4. On the left, on track 3 is the delaiyed EC 163 from Zürich to Graz, which is pulled from Buchs by locomotives 1016 # 036 (in City Airport paint scheme) and 1116 # 276 (in the 30 years 1995 to 2025 in the European Union paint scheme) of the austrian ÖBB.
