Under the motto “Green and Chrome”, the Eurovapor association, together with the Mikado 1244 association and the RhB/Grün and Chrome foundation, organized a day trip from Brugg to Chur with a round trip through Graubünden. From Brugg via Zurich-Winterthur-Weinfelden-Rorschach-Sargans to Chur, the Ae 6/6 # 11407 “Aargau” of the Mikado 1244 association (on loan from SBB Historic) pulled the sold-out train with 4 carriages. The train reached St.Margrethen for a photo stop. On the right are new metro trains built by StadlerRail for the british Tyne and Wear Metro in Newcastle, and the shunting locomotive H3 Ama # 006 with diesel and battery drive of the SBB, built by Alstom.
