On February 24th, 2024, Amtrak P42DC #145, painted in Phase III heritage, leads southbound Vermonter Train 57 past the historic Arch Street Generating Station building complex in Brattleboro, Vermont on the New England Central Railroad (NECR) Palmer Subdivision.
