| I forgot how many extra signals were in and around East Cabin when it was still manned and operated by the CCP. That all changed in 1994 when BN took over control of this area and CTC. To this day, BNSF has to pay the CN anytime CN trains are delayed as part of the lease to have both tracks from Portage to East Dubuque. Back in October 1992, the local works main #2 as a westbound Expediter rolls past on main #1 with a single LMX. |
