| Metra retired the F40Cs in 2004 selling them all off accept for 611 & 614. Their now being used as back up power, or use on MofW trains. The 2 F40Cs were reactivated in Jan. 2005 due to 5 of Metra's MP36PH-3s going down to mechanical problems. |
