| One of several swinging foot bridges across the Toe River doubles here as a frame for a southbound coal drag. This particular foot bridge spans the river in a very remote location at the end of Rose's Branch Road. An SD70ACe is trailing. N444 carries coal between Bardo, KY and Wilmington, NC. |
