Remarks & Notes |
With the first rays of an early morning sun illuminating a split smoke plume, a train of empty log cars pulls into Camp 14 on the Rayonier Hoquiam logging line. Of particular interest in this view are the "camp cars" in the background, mounted on bogies and moved by rail as needed (although I would guess clearances where a challenge). Several of the camp cars have been saved and are at a museum in Tacoma. This is another of my old Anscochromes saved by Photoshop. |
