The engineer of Q406 looks over a pile of rail, while waiting to do a visual inspection of Q703 which will shortly be routed onto the Aiken siding, in order to let Q406 and Q172 continue their eastbound journeys. Out of frame, Q172 is currently directly behind Q406, stretched out across the Susquehanna River Bridge.
