| A straight-up GP38 splices a pair of NRE GP38-2 rebuilds as the Noyes Local runs east after departing a few hours late because of leaking air. Also called the Winnipeg Turn, the Noyes Local is anything but a "local". It's a full-up daily manifest that interchanges with the CN at the Canadian border. Learn more at Grand Forks Railfanning. |
