| The Park Service Trolleys at Lowell National Historical Park operate on former Boston & Maine trackage that runs right through downtown Lowell. None of the grade crossings have lights or gates, necessitating the use of a flagger. Here, a Park Service Ranger does the honors at the East Merrimack Street crossing. |
