| At the Porter Siding in rural Lackey, Ky, a Loram ballast cleaner and it's crew call it quits for the day and tie down in the siding. Their long day on the E&BV concludes with the passing of C853-03 as it nears the community of Garrett and nears Martin Yard on the former C&O. |
