The "Pacific" of the Ab class were very successful steamengines of the NZR. Ab 663 SHARON LEE, built in 1917 by Addington Workshops Christchurch and operational again for Mainline Steam since 1997, based in Plimmerton near Wellington, is preparing for the cavalcade in Feilding for the centennial of the Main Trunk Line.
