on a hot August afternoon, INRD train Z491 with SD60 #6004 sits in the siding at Vernia awaiting permission to come south into Louisville,KY and the NS Youngtown Yard. The crew has the "air conditioner" running full blast, with cab doors and windows open, though this probably did little to cool things while sitting still.
