| Looking back south from the open baggage door as a boy scout troop debarks from the ARR's Winter Aurora flag stop train at the ghost town of Curry. This diminutive five car train features two baggage cars, two coaches, and a diner on this snowy Saturday. This train constitutes the ARR's sole scheduled winter time passenger service making a 12 hr trip north to Fairbanks on Saturday and then a return journey south to Anchorage every Sunday. |
