Remarks & Notes
Only a mile or two from the end of a long journey from Grand Junction, CO, Union Pacific's 'Potash Turn' rolls slowly along the Colorado River just north of the loadout and small yard at Potash, Utah. A former D&RGW GP40-2 (#3109) leads an abundance of GE power and nine cars along the spectacular red rock cliffs not far from Moab.
