After cutting away from its train south of town, train 271 pulls forward with a large cut of Herzog cars. They will back into the yard, set out the cars and then back onto their train and head west for Mason City, IA. I can scratch another must-do photo opportunity off my list. I've been trying for this shot for years and it all came together this morning as I was crossing over the Mississippi River Bridge to check out the yard.
