This is a historic occasion for the NVR, as this short train is full of passengers headed for St. Helena. For years, some people in St. Helena have been against the railroad and would not permit anyone to detrain in their town. It took 20 years, but finally, the passengers on this train will be aloud to wander around town for several hours before returning to Napa.
