This stack train is bound for the ICTS terminal in the Los Angeles area. Both moves were waiting for the passage of a 9000 ft. MWCRO at CP C782, 10th West. A Utah Railway local was also in the mix, waiting it's turn through the tower at CP RG745, Second South.
