| WLE's westbound Toledo train rolls thru the yard at Klines passing NS's B31 local. After waiting over 3 hours for NS traffic the Wheeling is finally back on the move west. This job has engines on both end to assist the movement needed to get from WLE track to the NS Toledo District at Bellevue . |
