| The Oil Cans crawl into Van Nuys, but still stir up the air enough to scare away a flock of birds. This train is Union Pacific's iconic unit run on the Coast Line, and one of the last regular freight runs the line sees. It runs either twice or three times a week (depending on need) carrying oil from Wunpost to Carson and running empty back (as is seen here). SD70ACe #8489 was delivered July 24, 2006. |
