| Los Angeles Metro Rail's Gold Line Eastside extention from Union Station to Atlantic in East LA began operations today. One of the day's packed free-ride trains crosses over the Los Angeles River via the First Street Bridge and heads towards Boyle Heights, but will first stop at the Utah and First Station just below the bridge. The Breda P2550 cars were mostly delivered in 2008. |
