With the temperature well below zero, the IAIS is operating under a 30 mph cold weather speed restriction, the BICB leaves Iowa City with 718 and a pair of GEVO's. At Homestead, the crew will set out 718 and then take GEVO 501 onto Yocum Connection to wye the engine to face west.
