Remarks & Notes 
On the WC just about anything was possible, if you waited around long enough. The ex VIA F's spent much of their spare time running in freight service between Sault, ONT. and Gladstone, MI. The were trailing units probably 97 percent of the time. Never a favorite of the crews for freight service, they were loudly cursed and mostly buried in consists. On rare occasions for some reason or another one would lead a train. Here is one of those rare moves I was lucky to get, 1753 leading 6590, 6619 and the Ladysmith and Tilden ore on ESSOA.
