Where a town once stood... NS 192 is seen passing through the small town of Hamburg, South Carolina which once was a busy railroad town famous for being the terminal for America's First Railroad, The South Carolina Railroad. Now all that is left is the old depot and a few plants including the TTX Hamburg Car repair plant which the spur in the foreground leads to. Everything else is gone. |
