Central Coast Chapter NRHS and Pacific Locomotive Association San Diego Steam Special II returns back to Los Angeles. The beautiful Baldwin was moving at a nice clip through Commerce, with the great sounds of pistons, running gear, and bell all accompanying her motion, although there was no smoke to be seen and no steam whistle to be heard at this point in the journey.
