A passenger special on the Great Lakes Central, is seen after running around its train at Shepherd, Mi, with GLC 385 leading four passenger cars, as people walk back from getting drinks at the local party store. The specal was run to honor two retireing employes of the GLC.
Although most only provide freight service, regional railroads have passenger operations; not only executive trains but also charity events and excursions.
