| The Canaan, CT Railroad Days celebrations had gone off without a hitch until an elderly gentleman on Sunday's 4:00 excursion had some trouble breathing. The railroad had Southern Berkshire ambulance meet them at the Gt Barrington station with a stretcher to help the man off. I was standing there waiting for the train to come into the station when a police car came tearing into the parking lot, followed about two minutes later by the ambulance, who set up and waited about five minutes for the train to arrive. |
