Remarks & Notes |
The Cornish Rivera one of the most famous Great Western Railway's named expresses, was rerun to celebrate the 175 anniversary of the GWR. Seen here crossing Largin Viaduct in Cornwall originally designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel, a view that has not been possible for over 25 years as the slopes of the hillside were covered in trees and had to be felled as they were suffering from a disease. The lead loco is Castle Class 5029 Nunney Castle the second loco is King Class 6029 King Edward I. |
