| Heavy rains across central Iowa over the past week have caused problems for several railroads including the Iowa Interstate. For several days now, the IAIS has been detouring on the UP from Cedar Rapids to Council Bluffs. Here, UP 9746 leads four IAIS units west with Rock Island heritage unit in fifth place. |
