| Priorities. Even though E729 arrived at Mexico before the Q137, the crew of the empty coal drag still must sit and wait for the higher-priority train to get through before they can continue west. Q226, whose lead unit is visible between the signal heads, would also go east before E729 could proceed through the interlocking. |
