| An original ARR Geep built new for the railroad in 1976 still wears it's as delivered scheme sitting here in the electric bay. This unit still features a large curved plow, Espee style light package and curved L-shaped windshield. However, never again will fans get to enjoy the classis and simple black and gold colors. This unit was shipped out in October of this year to Boise Locomotive (MPI) for a full repaint into ARR's admittedly very attractive contemporary blue and gold livery. Note: the photographer is a railroad employee and was wearing all required PPE while taking this photograph. |
