| An Amtrak HHP-8 and consist compliment the skyline one cool Winter afternoon in Philadelphia. Despite all the snow in the NE, the window to capture a scene with a fresh blanket of snow and some sun was incredibly small. Within a day or so, the rain came and Amtrak decided again to park some equipment on the parallel tracks. |
