| The first rays of morning sunlight peek over the San Juan Foothills and begin to reach the valley floor in Hermosa as DRGW #478 approaches from the south with a Willow Creek Productions Photo Charter. Seconds after this photo was taken, the throttle was closed and the train began slowing for a water stop before proceeding up the 2.5% grade from Hermosa to Rockwood. |
