| An over under on the OC. Local C38 starts to move west out of Island Avenue with a rebuilt SD40-2 in the lead as a typical stack train rises above and over heading south along NS's Mon Line. Which snakes down the namesake Mon River and will meet up again on the mainline in East Pittsburgh. Normally I would be super excited about an over under but it's so common at this location it's unbelievable. |
