Atlantic Coast Line 0-6-0 Class E 1136 was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works to the USRA design. She had 51" drivers, 21 x 28 inch cylinders, boiler pressure of 190 lbs, and could produce a respectable 39,100 lbs of tractive effort. This image from my collection was taken at the Tampa, Florida ACL roundhouse with ACL 1136 being moved onto the turntable by another switcher.
