| An eastbound intermodal crosses the ex-Rock Island track on the directional running portion of the Transcon. The now Union Pacific track splits off the Golden State Route at Herrington and passes through Wichita on its way to Texas. A BNSF employee was nice enough to stop and show me on his display this train was coming. |
