Remarks & Notes |
The Newark-Parsons turn waits at CP-138 to get through downtown Columbus and into CSX's Parsons Yard. Power today is 2 of Ohio Central's 3 SD40-3's wearing the trademark G&W orange. In today's ever changing world, it is hard to believe that the G&W scheme has been around for over 30 years now and is one of the longer lived paint schemes in railroading. Aside from longevity, it may very well be worn on more locomotive types around the globe then any other paint scheme. |
