A matching pair of ex-MoPac GP38-2s lead UP's LJL41 local across Center Street in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This diagonal crossing almost appears to be street trackage due to the angle and length. Prior to 1985, this was a portion of UP's mainline between Provo and Salt Lake City. Trackage rights on the parallel D&RGW changed its status into a branch to serve industries between Lakota Junction and Cutler. The long cut of coil steel flats will be set out at PG, and utilized in the construction of a canal replacement pipeline near Thanksgiving Point.
