On a beautiful October afternoon, a three car UTA LRV glides down the Mid-Jordan line approaching Historic Gardner station in West Jordan. Across the track (and the Jordan River) is the city of Midvale showing signs of a massive apartment and condominium development called Bingham Junction. On the opposite size of the Salt Lake Valley is 9,026 ft. Mt. Olympus of the Wasatch Range, rising some 4,800 feet above the valley floor.
