Remarks & Notes |
Tooele Valley Railway's SW900 and a former Rio Grande caboose prepare to depart Anaconda's International Smelter along the Oquirrh Mountain foothills east of Tooele, Utah. Visible in this northern perspective are the Great Salt Lake, Stansbury Island, and the farming community of Erda. Nothing in the foreground of this view exists today with the exception of the Anaconda Highway (now called Smelter Street) above the cab of the 104. |
