Remarks & Notes

With the fog lifting, the sun makes an appearance just in time for a pair of Wheelings ex Wisconsin Central SD 40-2s, on lease to NS, to cruise by the west end Spencerville siding. The local L96 will head back to the East Wayne Yard in New Haven, Indiana, on this warm record breaking 66 degrees on a leap day year 2012.
