The railroad industry is an interesting one in that there are always changes happening whether its signal replacement, locomotive retirements or repaints, etc. In this case, RailAmerica, parent company of the South Carolina Central, transferred SCRF 6415 (ex-GT) to the CF&E in Lima, OH in March 2012. While it's not the best shot, I was fortunate enough to have seen it in South Carolina in April 2009.
