Remarks & Notes
Back in the day, they still painted railroad bridges. While Copper Creek looks pretty shabby today, in 1964 a trio of EMDs pulls through freight 94 across the freshly silvered structure on a cold but sunny winter day. This shot was taken by my long-time friend David DeVault, who is still the "don" of the "Clinchfield Mafia."
