One evening in July of 1975 my dad, who would retire in December after 36 years on NYC/PC/CR, got a tip that the 2101, AFT#1, was at the Collinwood yards. We hightailed it there and got a few pics before it was too dark. The 2101 must have been the last steam engine serviced at the Collinwood backshops. To the left is the old NYC coal dock and to the right is what was once known at the "P1a shed" where the Cleveland Union Terminal electrics were serviced.
