| NS 924 waits for a recrew at the south end of Litchfield with the Conrail heritage unit in the lead radiator first. The CR unit led the train south to Staunton, where it ran around the flat cars. Then it came back north long hood forward to take the connection to the BNSF's Beardstown Sub at Litchfield. After waiting for 3 BNSF freights, it will continue on with its MOW flats to a mine in Hillsboro, IL. |
