| Southwest Portland Cement #415 leads an empty coal train downgrade from the Bell Mountain Quarry. The industrial railroad brings coal up to the quarry for power and use in cement processing, and these empties are bound for the BNSF/UP interchange in Victorville. Victorville is also the site of the massive CEMEX cement plant that is the sole reason for this railroads existence. |
