Running east on the westbound under a track authority, NS empty train 859 passes Circleville, OH, home of the famous Pumpkin Show. Switch problems at Craft prevented the dispatcher from crossing them back over to the eastbound and rather then wait for a maintainer, it was decided to run against the current of traffic at restricted speed from Craft to Scioto.
