| Fresh out of the paint booth and from rewiring, the Connecticut Southern GP38 2021 is the first of its kind, as no previous locomotive has worn a true Connecticut Southern scheme and logo before this Genesee & Wyoming repaint of former New England Central GP38 3849. The unit has cab signals and LSL equipment installed - LSL light noted on the frame just ahead and below the cab on the sill. In the background is the NECR MT-4 slug 809 (formerly CORP RP-E4 4165). |
