NS 417, the sister train to NS 416, the train i saw just the other day returns with the same lashup, but as luck would have it Rockport Yard in Cleveland did not take off the NS D9-40CW they use for cab signals on the trip to Mingo Junction. Gotta give some to get some i guess, id much rather it have been a nice day and had this on the head end, than a crappy day and get the BNSF locomotives leading.
